I'm Adnan Ali, an independent web developer based in Pakistan. I design, build and look after fast websites and booking systems for growing businesses, and the agencies that build for them, in the US, UK and UAE.
You talk to the person writing the code. There is no account manager passing messages along and no handover to a junior once the contract is signed.
I take a messy brief and tell you honestly what your site needs before you spend anything, including when the answer is that it does not need rebuilding at all. Then I design the key pages, build them, put them live and stay around for the fixes and changes that come after.
Most of my clients found me on Fiverr, where I am a Level 2 seller. Some are small business owners with one site; others are design studios that have more design than development capacity and need someone to build what they have drawn, carefully.
