Orange Suriname

Orange Travel runs tours in Suriname for a mostly Dutch audience, and the catalogue is large, more than fifty trips. The trips are not interchangeable: a day trip to Brokopondo and a three day crossing into French Guiana are completely different decisions at completely different prices. Presented as one long list, a catalogue like that stops being a catalogue and becomes a wall.

So the browser is tabbed before it is anything else, splitting day tours from multi day journeys and the top five, which is how a visitor already thinks about the choice. Every card carries duration and price on its face, because those are the first two questions and burying them costs a click each time. There is a plan your own adventure route for the people the fixed catalogue does not fit, and car and bicycle rental sits beside the tours rather than in its own corner, since most of these trips need transport anyway.
