Tradie Web Guys is an Australian agency selling marketing to trade businesses, which is a harder sell than it sounds. Their audience has usually been sold marketing before and has a leads folder full of enquiries that never became jobs. The site had to argue for booked work rather than for traffic, and it had to carry ten services without turning into a directory.

Each service stands on its own page, from websites and SEO through Google and Facebook ads to the quoting system, CRM and automation, so the site can be found for the individual thing somebody is searching for. The proof is placed next to the claim rather than collected on a testimonials page: video testimonials, client results and case studies sit in the same scroll as the pitch, so a sceptical reader does not have to go looking for the evidence.

On the site now: ten service pages, a case studies section, a podcast and a blog, a free resources area, and a phone number in the header and the footer with a call now action beside it. WordPress, with the whole thing built so the agency can add a service or a case study without a developer.
